The personnality of the Chef combine with his great talent make this promotion one of the best that we did at the Lotte Hotel.
His cuisine is a great mix of flavour and texture. Our cutomer were very delight by this amazing taste.

The first star chef that we welcomed for 2008 at the Lotte Hotel was Mr Paul Liebrandt.
When I was looking for a Chef to come to Lotte many of my friends that have been to NYC told me great things about Chef Paul Liebrandt. We definitely make the right choice of inviting him to Lotte Hotel.
His cross cultural cuisine is a explosition of flavour and texture perfectly selected to excite your palate. He will open during the summer time his own restaurant Corton in NYC it will be definitely the place to go for a great culinary experience
We were very proud and honor to receive Mr Thierry Marx (Michelin Star Chef) at the Lotte Hotel for a week promotion.
I was amazed about the great vision of the Cuisine of the Chef. His simplicity and talent make him without doubt one of the Chef of the future.

After a very busy month of November and before the extremely or Crazy busy month of December, I went with my girlfriend Kelly during 3 days to Jeju a nice Island at the South of Korea.
Very nice trip great landscape and nice people. The food was outstanding great sashimi and we stay in the Lotte Hotel Jeju, sister hotel of the hotel where I work, great time....
Just a short trip to Tokyo to meet Mr Pierre Gagnaire to prepare the opening of his restaurant in Seoul.
I went there with my GM, we did few great business meeting there and we had a chance to visit some of the nicest restaurants and Hotels there.
Very exciting city full of new concept very interesting
I great trip to France, so good to see the family and friends.
I went to the wedding of a good friend from the University, was very nice to be there to share their happiness, I met as well my friends from university that I did not see for a while was very enjoyable. Then back to Paris to spend some time with my family, great time with my brothers and Parents. Finally I spend few days with my great friend Ben the Belge in Belgium where he play soccer.
Very ressourcing time and great to relax and have some rest
